We do not accept online payments through the website. Once you confirm your dates with us, our team will share our primary business bank account details. You can complete the payment via UPI, bank transfer, NEFT/RTGS, or international wire transfer. A booking confirmation receipt will be sent as soon as the payment is verified.

Yes, most of our partnered villas allow bonfires. Firewood can be arranged by the villa staff on request, and charges may vary based on availability. During certain dry-season advisories or windy nights, bonfires may be restricted for safety reasons. Our team will inform you in advance.

Our villas are located in peaceful, scenic parts of the Nilgiris. Most properties are 10–25 minutes away from attractions like Ooty Lake, Doddabetta, Rose Garden, and Coonoor town. We share accurate travel times and Google Maps links once your booking is confirmed.

Yes, almost all villas have reliable power backup (inverter or generator). Most villas also have strong Wi-Fi; however, since the Nilgiris is a hilly region, speeds may vary slightly. If you require stable connectivity for work, we will recommend villas with the most consistent network coverage.

We always try our best to arrange early check-in or late check-out. This depends on villa occupancy for the same day since each villa is privately managed. Share your arrival timings with us in advance so we can coordinate with the villa staff and assist you better.
